Birthday parties are our specialty!!! We offer competitive party packages that take all the hassle out of party planning and execution. All parties include 1 1/2 hours play time and 1/2 hour + in a private, restricted room and we will store your gifts. See FAQ for all details and options. Requests will be reviewed and we will contact you within 48 hours with confirmation. A 50% deposit will be required within 24 hours of us contacting you in order to reserve a room. Payments can be made over the phone or in person.
PARTY FAQ
Q. What does my party include?
A. All parties include plates, utensils, table covering, napkins, 1 drink per child, 1 ice cream per child, pizza, party souvenier cup for birthday child and goody bags w/ candy and walk in passes for all the kids as well !!!! 1 1/2 hours shared play time, 1/2 hour + in reserved private room ( jump time ends after 1 1/2 hrs and guests must remain in party room until party ends. Room is available for the entire last hour of your 2 hour party !), Invitations and color coded bracelets for easy identification. JUST BRING THE CAKE, WE'LL DO THE REST !!!
Q. How early should I arrive and what do I bring?
A. We recommend you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your party. Don't worry we have already planned for you and your party. All jumpers must sign a waiver and wear socks (we sell socks if you forget them). Just bring your cake (cake knife/candles), presents and all the kids...we've got the rest.
Q. How early should I reserve and what is your cancellation policy?
A. The sooner the better! It is not uncommon for parties to be booked 4-6 weeks out. Cancellation is required 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Deposits are refundable up to this time. Inside this 3 weeks, deposits are nonrefundable (but CAN be applied to another party within the next 90 days).
Q. How do I book a party?
A. On line or in person. Payments can only be made over the phone and in person. All reservations will require a 50% deposit within 24 hours of our follow up confirmation with you via phone or e-mail (your choice).
Q. Can we stay and play after the party?
A. Additional party time is not included in the package prices but can be purchased after the party ends.
Q. What if I have more kids in a party than is in the package price?
A. A charge of $10 is applied for each additional child. Up to 3 additional children are allowed before moving up to the next package. Max room capacity is 32 kids.
Q. Do parents and little ones get charged for attending the party?
A. For our parties, adults are not charged. Children under 12 months are not charged unless the party is intended for their age group. ( Birthday child 3 yrs or younger ) Colored bracelets identifying the party they are attending are required.
Q. Can we change the final head count?
A. If it does not change the package, yes, however, we need 72 hours notice so we can make adjustments to your party planning.
Q. What is the age/height limits for participants?
A. Children 12 and under or less than 60" in height may play in/on the inflatables.There is never a charge for parents to watch as we require and depend on their help in monitoring our floor and our young guests. Socks and a signed waiver are a must for EVERYONE.
Q. Can we bring decorations?
A. Certainly. However, no silly string, sprays, piñatas, bubbles, streamers or confetti. An additional cleaning charge of $50 will be added for the clean up of these items.
Parental supervision is required at all times . A signed waiver and socks are required without exception.
INFORM ALL GUESTS THAT INVITATION MUST BE PRESENTED FOR ADMITTANCE TO EVENT/PARTY.
