Q. What steps has your company taken to provide safety and security?
A. Our primary focus at Bouncy Bratz is to provide the safest and most secure facility possible for our young guests. Our inflatables are fire retardant, comply with all regulations for commercial use and are constructed for such use. Bouncy Bratz utilizes a serial numbered security bracelet system that ensures easy distinction between parties and walk-ins and matches guardians with their children. These bracelets are validated before our guests leave to ensure safety and security. Bouncy Bratz also utilizes a security camera system to constantly monitor our facility with emphasis on the playfloor and all exits. A 3/8" thick child safety flooring is used throughout the play area to help minimize injury to our kids. Finally, our floor is monitored by an associate (with the help of our parents).

Q. Can we walk in anytime?
A. Yes, please note hours of operation and promotions. ( Occassionally , we will close 1 -2 hrs early for Private Parties. We will post these times / dates as early as possible.) We will remain OPEN to the public during the after school program as well.

Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. Yes. Bouncy Bratz offers a Bratzclub card for $60 that gives the user 10 visits ($6 per visit). This club card does not apply to parties or rentals and is valid only for walk-ins. Active cardholders get 10% off birthday parties and rentals. ( cannot be combined with other promos )

Q. Can adults play?
A. Unfortunately, no. We require all adults to supervise their children and only those adults with children can enter Bouncy Bratz. There is no charge for adults and we welcome them to enjoy our other ammenities.

 Q. Are the inflatables safe for the little ones?
A. Some are. We suggest that smaller children remain in the bounce houses while playing and recommend weekday and Sunday play dates for the smaller ones as these are our least busy times. 

Q. Can we bring food and drinks inside?
A. No outside food or drinks are allowed. No food or drinks are allowed in/on the inflatables. We offer light concessions at very reasonable prices for your convenience.
